What’s your take on the Flip Video Cameras?
What’s your opinion of them? It’s your chance to write a review!
Tell me about the Flip Ultra, Flip Mino, and Flip Mino HD.
What are the pros and cons?
Versatility? Battery life? Storage? Audio and Video Quality? etc…
Tell me about personal experiences. Not stuff that I can read on the Flip website.
Ask questions if needed.
Thanx.
I love my flip mino. I also have a regular miniDV Sondy Handycam but I tend to use the mino more because it is so convenient to bring with me. Image quality is not as good as the miniDV cam but good enough.
Works Great indoors and outdoors although I mainly use it outside.
The zoom feature is not great because it tends to make the image quality poor so I refrain from using it. It is also sort of hard to hit the zoom in/out buttons becasue they are flush with the camera housing so you need to not be wearing gloves.
Battery has a long life and has never been an issue for me. I really like not having to swap out AA batteries all the time as I had to with my Flip Ultra.
I really like how easy it is to share video from these cameras. I use StashSpace.Com for sharing my home videos and they have a special add from flip video feature that works great.
I would recommend the Flip to you.
